When rain is about to start at your place, Weather360 sends one heads-up (about 30 minutes ahead, or 15 if the first was missed), and lets you know when it's ending. On all-day rainy days you get one summary instead of an alert for every shower.

Check that notifications are allowed in Settings → Notifications → Weather360, and that alerts are on in Weather360 → Settings → Notifications. For alerts at your current location, allow location access ("Always" gives the most reliable alerts). Focus modes can also hold notifications back.

Severe alerts come from official sources, such as the US National Weather Service, for the place you get alerts for. You get one notification per warning, and tapping it opens the full details and what to do.

Live Activities are part of Premium. Turn them on in Weather360 → Settings → Live Activities. When rain is on the way, it appears on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island on its own.

Make sure Live Activities are allowed in Settings → Weather360, and that Low Power Mode is off, since it can delay updates. iOS ends Live Activities after 8 hours; Weather360 starts a fresh one if the rain continues.

Open Weather360 → Settings → Premium and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe. Family members with Family Sharing get Premium automatically.

Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Weather360 and tap Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.

Premium on Android is managed by Google Play. To restore, open Weather360 signed in to the same Google account you subscribed with, and it unlocks automatically. To cancel, open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Weather360.

Yes. One subscription unlocks Weather360 on your iPhone, iPad and Mac with the same Apple ID.

Mainly from Apple Weather, with radar, air quality, pollen, tides and alerts from specialist sources such as the US National Weather Service and NOAA.

Yes. Search for a place and save it, and Weather360 will show the weather and send alerts for that place instead.

Deleting the app removes everything on your device. To remove your alert data from our server as well, email us with the place you get alerts for. Details are in the privacy policy.
